21GRAMS- Associate Creative Director, Art

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our dynamic team at 21GRAMS. 21GRAMS is a full-service healthcare advertising agency dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative and impactful creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Structure and write narratives for different client and audience segments
• Collaborate with ACD, Copy to develop standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
• Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned with client strategies
• Oversee daily deliverables under tight deadlines while producing high-quality work across all digital channels
• Mentor both internal and external teams
• Manage awards submissions and case studies for the brand
• Participate in high-level projects and new business pitches

Requirements

• Prior healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• A comprehensive creative portfolio showcasing strong conceptual capabilities and ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories
