About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of improving store performance and increasing sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
