Project: 21-26-63 District 1 Damage Repair, Laramie & Carbon County, WY. Projected start: 8/21/2026 – 10/31/2026. Wyoming residents who meet the requirements will receive preference per Wyoming state statute 16-6-203.

About the Role

S&S Builders is looking for self-motivated individuals interested in investing in a career in construction. This role involves general construction labor, site preparation, and specialized concrete forming and finishing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project sites, assist with demolition, and handle general building activities.
• Load, unload, and manage construction materials, aggregates, and lumber.
• Safely operate air, electric, and pneumatic hand tools, as well as concrete tools (floats, trowels, screeds).
• Execute concrete forming and finishing on floors, walls, sidewalks, and curbs.
• Safely signal concrete drivers for proper placement of materials.
• Operate heavy machinery used for excavation, concrete demolition, and structure construction.

Schedule

• Type: Full-Time, Temporary / Seasonal
• Hours: 40–50 hours/week (varies)
• Shift: Day shift, with occasional night pours required

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old (hazardous work environment).
• 0–12 months of experience in the occupation.
• No minimum education required.
• Valid Regular Driver’s License required.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay

$18.00/hour (DOE). 3 openings available.
