About the role

This Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) internship functions as a Business Systems Analyst (BMA) Intern. Interns will work in‑person at the Mount Laurel, NJ office, supporting designated department management and staff under direct or general supervision.

Pay

$30.74 USD per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week; required to be in the office up to four days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks.
  • Build an understanding of the businesses and customers the role supports.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally.
  • Provide support for the manager and other areas as indicated.
  • Assist in completing various departmental projects and reports.
  • Support operational and administrative functions.
  • Perform diversified clerical duties as assigned.
  • Partner with several business functions, areas, or departments.
  • Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4‑year college program; graduation expected December 2027 or May 2028 (preferred).
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Entry‑level position; no prior work experience required.
  • Some knowledge of Agile methodology, AI, automation, or analytics preferred.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Good written and oral communication abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office setting.
