About the Internship
Join a dynamic 10-week internship program designed to give you real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment. From day one, you'll work on meaningful projects that directly impact our business, whether you're supporting finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, or supply chain. You'll gain hands-on exposure to corporate operations and learn how a leading sporting goods retailer stays ahead in a competitive industry.

You'll evaluate processes, contribute to department goals, and present your project results to executive leadership. Requirements
- Junior or Senior status at an accredited college or university
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of internship
- Degree plan aligned with your internship focus area
- Record of strong academic performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges
- A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
