The Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for college graduates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers globally. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role within one year, with potential international career opportunities across BAT.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of commercial strategies, marketing programs, and key business priorities across different Marketing rotations.
- Analyze consumer, market, and business insights to identify opportunities and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations.
- Lead and present a strategic business analysis project focused on a real business opportunity, including clear action plans and measurable recommendations.
- Collaborate with experienced Marketing professionals and cross-functional teams while identifying opportunities to improve key processes and business outcomes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, apply independent judgment, and actively participate in the training, coaching, and development components of the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Marketing, Sales, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to three years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, or a related area.
- Must be at least 21 years old by the program start date.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Willingness to relocate globally.
