Trane Technologies’ early career student program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Science or similar majors exposure to a variety of assignments. Participants will have an opportunity to interview for our full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for IT or direct hire opportunities.

Requirements
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
- At least one internship or work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills (campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc.) or exceptional leadership of work projects
- U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States
- Proficiency in capturing requirements, designing, testing, and implementing information systems while providing guidance for business process re-engineering and analyzing change impacts
- Proactively partners with internal customers to establish alignment and high-performance results in a manner that is open, collaborative, and impactful
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances
- Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities
- Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment
- Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies

- Hourly base pay range: $21.50 – $30.00

Actual compensation depends on factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation. The range is generally based on the national average.
