About the role
The ConocoPhillips Digital & IT Summer Internship program offers an exciting summer assignment, orientation, teambuilding, community service activities, and opportunities to interact with upper management. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to real-world projects in disciplines such as:

Internship assignments will typically be at our Bartlesville, Oklahoma or Houston, Texas offices. The typical length of our internships varies from 10 to 12 weeks based on the project and your availability.
Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside ConocoPhillips subject matter experts on meaningful assignments.
- Receive regular feedback, coaching, and guidance from your supervisor and mentors.
- Participate in networking opportunities with leaders and Employee Resource Groups.
- Showcase your findings and accomplishments through a capstone presentation at the end of the summer.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Current level in college: Freshman through Senior.
- Expected graduation date: Fall 2027 through Spring/Fall 2030.
- Available for internship starting mid-late May 2027.
- A minimum of ten (10) continuous weeks availability for the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Willing to work in either Bartlesville, OK or Houston, TX.
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical.
- Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right.
- Understands how key financial and quantitative indicators impact the business.
