About the role

Trane Technologies’ early career student program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Science or similar majors’ exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: Project Management, Business Analysis, Supplier Management, Infrastructure, and Application Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• View problems as opportunities and adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances
• Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities
• Work effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment
• Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies
• Proactively partner with internal customers to establish alignment and high-performance results in a manner that is open, collaborative, and impactful

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
• At least one internship or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range: $21.50 – $30.00
