About the role

Faegre Drinker’s growing Corporate Practice is accepting applications from 3L/4LE students interested in joining its 2027 entry-level class of partner-track associates. This position is open in Minneapolis and Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted legal advisors to leading public companies, private equity firms, investment banks, and other business clients on their most important and strategic transactions and business decisions.
• Build a diverse portfolio of work across matters such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), securities, public and corporate finance, tax, and other corporate matters.

Pay

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $200,000 - $215,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above‑identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job‑related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. This range is one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys.
