Seattle – 2027 Entry-Level Associate
About the role
Fisher Phillips is seeking a highly motivated 3L law student to join our Seattle office as a 2027 entry-level fall associate. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in building a career in labor and employment law. Prior work experience is preferred but not required. The position offers the opportunity to develop practical experience across a variety of labor and employment matters. The associate will work alongside experienced attorneys, contribute to substantive legal work, and build a strong foundation for their practice.
Requirements
- Candidates must attend an ABA-accredited law school
- Plan to sit for the July 2027 Washington Bar Exam

Pay
Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary for this position is $155,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Actual base pay will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
