2027 Early Talent Rotational Program: Retirement Solutions - Licensed
About the role
The TIAA Retirement Solutions (Licensed) Rotational Associate Program is a full-time, two-year early-career experience for individuals graduating in 2027. The strategically aligned assignments focus on professional development, building cross functional proficiency in a client-facing, fast paced environment full of growth opportunities. After obtaining licensing, associates can expect to complete three rotational assignments within key areas of our client facing organizations. The program combines structured onboarding, cohort-based learning, formal training, mentorship, executive exposure, networking, and on-the-job development. Each rotation includes defined objectives, substantive deliverables, regular feedback, and opportunities to directly impact our clients. Throughout the program, associates participate in a structured development curriculum featuring: Four rotational assignments, Licensing support (Series 7, 66, Life & Health), Technical, business, and leadership training, Executive speaker series and educational workshops, Mentorship and career coaching, Cohort-based learning and networking experiences, Rotation-end feedback, presentations, and development planning. After the two-year program, associates will be considered for placement into a full-time role based on demonstrated performance, skills, career interests, and business needs.
