About the Role

The Risk Early Talent program is designed for highly motivated college graduates with a desire to utilize their degree to further develop their leadership ability within financial services. This two-year program offers two, 12-month rotational opportunities within the Independent Risk Management (IRM) function, which is responsible for independently reviewing risks, and providing credible challenge to business line management of risk and systems of control. The attraction, retention, and development of top talent through the program prepares individuals to be future leaders of Ally. Through the program's curriculum and designed experiences, the analysts will develop strong technical and professional competencies to be successful within Ally's IRM organization and across the company more broadly. In support of Ally's inclusive culture, the program will continue to build diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship from the company
  • Program Eligibility: Must be graduating between July 2026 and June 2027
  • Passion for financial services and professional growth
  • Demonstrated academic success and leadership experience (campus, community, professional)
  • Bachelor's degree required
