About the role
Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level. This posting supports hiring needs across TD Bank US Early Talent; specific job titles and alignments will be determined closer to the hiring date based on business needs and candidate qualifications.
Works independently as the analyst or subject matter expert and may coach and educate others. Considered a subject matter expert within a given area. Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end. Focuses on short to medium-term issues (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
Responsibilities
- Provides specialized business management advice and support to management, leadership, and respective teams with industry awareness, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities, and recommending actions.
- Leads the implementation of initiatives supporting overall business or function strategy.
- Manages business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.
- Supports or manages the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas.
- Provides subject matter expertise and input to projects or initiatives, participating in designing, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Develops and provides complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
- Develops and delivers presentations and communications to management or broader audiences.
- Adheres to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; contributes to reviewing processes and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Identifies variances and contributes to analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives or business operations.
- Supports the development and implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Continuously enhances knowledge and expertise in own area; stays current on emerging trends and developments.
- Prioritizes and manages workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines.
- Supports a positive work environment promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Establishes effective relationships across business and technology partners, program, and project managers.
- Participates in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.
Requirements
- Applicant must have current or prior TD internship experience.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
- Anticipated graduation between December 2026 to June 2027 preferred.

Pay
$32.45 - $81.73 USD per hour. TD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities. The base pay offered may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
40 hours per week.
