We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting and extract relevant sections. Let's identify sections: - About the role? The posting includes "Position Summary" and "The Department" and "About Chico State". Could be considered "About the role" or "About the department". We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - Position Summary: describes lecturer positions, location, Transfer in Place program. - The Department: description of Psychology Department. - About Chico State: description of university. - Minimum Qualifications: master's degree in psychology or related field. - Preferred Qualifications: previous teaching experience, evidence of excellence in teaching. - Responsibilities: lecturers may be assigned to teach one or more in-person course sections; teaching assignments based on qualifications and department needs. - Salary: Lecturer A/2, B/3, C/4, D/5 ranges. - Anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience. Most new lecturers are hired at Lecturer A or B rank. - Priority Review Date: Monday, October 6, 2026; complete applications received after that date may be considered as needs arise. - Benefits Information: This position may qualify for benefits including tuition fee waiver (if eligible). CSU offers several benefits (sick leave, vacation, health insurance). Link. - Additional Information: Out of State Employment, Background Check, Education Code 89521 Requirements, Mandated Reporter, Retired Annuitants, Clery Act, EEO Statement, etc. Many of these are boilerplate/legal; we need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the legal boilerplate like EEO statement, background check, mandated reporter, etc. However, we need to preserve substantive information. The benefits info is substantive: tuition fee waiver, sick leave, vacation, health insurance. The EEO statement is boilerplate; remove. The background check etc are legal boilerplate; remove. The Out of State Employment maybe also boilerplate? It's a requirement but maybe considered legal; but it's substantive? It says "All work must be performed within the State of California." That's a condition; could be considered substantive. However, it's likely considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove legal boilerplate like background check, mandated reporter, Clery Act, EEO statement, retired annuitants, etc. Keep benefits. - Pay: we have salary ranges. Should we include a Pay section? The posting states salary ranges for Lecturer A-D. That's substantive. So we should include a Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly (full-time? It says Lecturer A/2 Full-Time Equivalent Salary Range etc. It mentions FTE but not schedule details like part-time/full-time. It says Lecturer A/2 Full-Time Equivalent Salary Range: $5,507 – $6,677 per month. That implies FTE. But schedule not given. We should not create a Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not give schedule like "Monday-Friday" etc. So omit Schedule. - Benefits: we have tuition fee waiver, sick leave, vacation, health insurance. So include Benefits section. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (master's degree). Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We have both Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have a Requirements section for minimum qualifications, and a Qualifications section for preferred qualifications. Or we could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. However we have substantive content for both. - Responsibilities: we have responsibilities section. - About the role: could be Position Summary + The Department + About Chico State. But we need to avoid duplication and thin sections. Perhaps we can have an "About the role" section that includes Position Summary and maybe The Department. But we also have About Chico State which is more about the institution. Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Position Summary, The Department, and About Chico State into a single "About the role" section (or maybe "About the department and university"). However, the heading must be one of the allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use About the role for general description. Thus: -

    About the role

: include Position Summary, The Department, About Chico State (maybe trimmed). Ensure we preserve all substantive information: location (Lake Tahoe Community College, South Lake Tahoe, CA), Transfer in Place program description, department details (faculty numbers, majors, minors, graduate students, programs offered), Chico State description (comprehensive residential public university, HSI, 14k students, half first-gen, commitment to diversity, etc). Also mention that positions are for 2027-2028 academic year, in-person lecturer positions. -

    Responsibilities

: list duties: teach one or more in-person course sections at Lake Tahoe Community College; assignments based on qualifications and department needs. -

    Requirements

: minimum education requirement: master's degree in psychology or related field. -

    Qualifications

: preferred qualifications: previous teaching experience; evidence of excellence in teaching. -

    Benefits

: tuition fee waiver (if eligible); sick leave; vacation; health insurance. Could also mention link to benefits page but maybe not needed as it's a link; but we can include as prose. -

    Pay

: salary ranges for Lecturer A/2, B/3, C/4, D/5 with monthly ranges; note that anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum; most new lecturers hired at Lecturer A or B rank. We should not include Priority Review Date? That's metadata; could be folded into a short

maybe under About the role? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Priority Review Date is minor metadata; we could include a short paragraph under About the role or maybe after the heading. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; is Priority Review Date substantive? It's a date for review; could be considered important for applicants. However, it's not a heading; we can include it as a short

within About the role or maybe as a separate paragraph after the heading but not as a heading. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with that info. Similarly, we might include location info already in About the role. We must not include application instructions (How To Apply) - remove. We must not include EEO, legal boilerplate. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:
