2026 TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service)

About the role

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. This permanent, full-time Director of Service (Coordinator) role offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times, with support from a Mentor and Regional Manager. The service is located at Canon Hill, partnering with the school to deliver an outstanding OSHC service.

Schedule

Work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

• Before school care: 6:30 am – 9:00 am
• After school care: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm
• Admin time: 4.25 hours per week (can be worked from home or spread across days)
• Total weekly hours: 38 hours

Responsibilities

• Build a fantastic relationship with the school and be an active member within the school and local community.
• Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
• Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

Requirements

• Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.

• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun.
• Complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencement (as part of TeamKids’ child‑safety commitment).
• Hold a relevant Diploma qualification (or be working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.

Pay

All TeamKids leadership roles are assessed based on the complexity and size of the service. Final salary is confirmed during offer, aligned to our internal salary bands and the Children’s Services Award.
