About the Organization

SOUNDS Academy provides instruments and weekly instruction to 300 students through its Community and Strings Programs. They have served over 19,000 students through the Musical Access Program. The organization focuses on teaching the values of creativity, leadership, perseverance, resilience, and teamwork through music education.

Their vision is to provide music education opportunities to a wide variety of children while removing barriers to quality music education. SOUNDS Academy serves underserved communities, primarily in West and South Phoenix, Arizona, where music education is limited due to affordability and accessibility.

Event Details

On October 17th at 5:30 pm, guests will join SOUNDS Academy for an elegant evening of hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and music. During the event, attendees will learn about the organization, the impact of its programs, and ways to help spread music education opportunities in underserved areas of Arizona.

Guests will also enjoy performances by students and selected SOUNDS Academy ensembles. 100% of the proceeds will sustain music education opportunities for underserved youth in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, including instruction, instruments, sheet music, and scholarships.
