About the role

Each year, only the top candidates are selected to receive an invitation to join the Accounting & Finance Development Program and launch their career in an accelerated development program at the world’s largest retailer. Participants complete four six-month rotations in different accounting and finance teams across four segments: Walmart US, Sam’s Club, International, and Corporate. The program provides coaching, mentorship, executive exposure, peer networking, and an industry-leading development curriculum.

You will contribute to Walmart’s digital transformation, transitioning from a brick-and-mortar retailer to an omnichannel experience provider. The program is highly competitive and designed to accelerate participants' careers, positioning them as future leaders. After 24 months, participants influence their next team placement.
