About the role

The Production Manager supports warehouse and distribution operations within a high-volume Government logistics environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily operational planning
• Workload coordination
• Production oversight

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical guidance and direction
• Coordinate all aspects of the Distribution Center’s operational production divisions
• Performance planning
• Systems management
• Stock positioning
• Storage
• Traffic management
• Workload and staffing impacts
• Site-specific missions

Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past 5 years

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and operational leadership skills
• Ability to evaluate performance trends and support process improvements
• Able to adjust operational resources to meet changing mission and workload requirements

Skills

• Secret Security Clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift Medium work certification
