About the role

The Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Representative supports warehouse and distribution operations by promoting workplace safety, supporting regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and efficient operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, and safety program enforcement for Contractor operations.
• Ensure new employees receive SOH training and all employees receive refresher training in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Work effectively across operational teams to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the SOH field within the past five (5) years.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Driving, Lifting, Reaching, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Walking skills are necessary.
