Promote and sell janitorial supplies, packaging materials, office furniture, promotional products, and office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site client visits, deliver presentations, and assess customer needs
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract documents
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field
• Minimum of three years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in distribution or a related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Able to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong proactive salesperson focused on driving new business
• Highest self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Confident and comfortable performing cold outreach
• Experienced in managing and closing long, complex sales cycles
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Schedule
