for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to parse the job posting: Title: 2026-27 Elementary School Assistant Principal of Student Services. Employer: Brilla Schools. Location: Grand Central, NY. Closing date Sep 29, 2026. Specialty: Student & Scholar Services. Position Type: Assistant. Hours: Full-time. Employment Type: Permanent. Organization Type: College / University. Apply on website etc.
We need to include sections: About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually they have "About Us" and "Position Overview". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content accordingly.
We need to include sections only if there is real specific content.
Let's extract content:
- About Us: description of Brilla Schools, mission, etc. This is substantive.
- Position Overview: description of role responsibilities.
- Core Competencies & Responsibilities: broken into subcategories: Instructional Leadership, Talent Management, Compliance, Strategic Thinking, School Culture, Family Engagement, Other Duties.
- Qualifications: list.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: salary range given: $118,205 to $142,674.
- Schedule: not explicitly given; but Hours: Full-time. Could be considered schedule? The instruction says only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It says Hours Full-time. That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section with Full-time.
But we need to decide which sections to include. They said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine some.
Potential sections:
- About Us (or About the role?). The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could have About the role (instead of About Us). But we have both About Us and Position Overview. Could combine into About the role.
- Responsibilities: could include Position Overview + Core Competencies & Responsibilities (Instructional Leadership etc). That's a lot.
- Requirements: could include Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe not explicit; but we could skip.
- Benefits: we have Benefits section.
- Pay: we have salary range.
- Schedule: we have Hours Full-time.
We need to avoid filler. Ensure we don't create sections with placeholder.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list we need
- . For qualifications list also
- . For benefits list also
- .
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like mission, numbers, etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out lines like "You need to sign in or create an account to save a job.", "Apply on website", "Send job", "Be sure to input your full legal name...", "Beware of phishing attempts.", etc. Also remove "Brilla Schools is an equal opportunity employer." etc.
Also remove duplicated lines like "View more categoriesView less categories". Also remove "More Results Previous job..." etc.
We need to keep the substantive content: About Us description, Position Overview, Core Competencies & Responsibilities (with subpoints), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay (salary range), Schedule (Full-time). Also maybe location, employer, etc? Those could be minor metadata; we could fold into a short
at top.
But instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with Employer, Location, Closing date, Position Type, Hours, Employment Type, Organization Type.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
About the role
[combined About Us + Position Overview? Might be too long but okay.] Better to separate: About Us and Position Overview maybe as separate sections? But they said prefer few substantive sections. Could have About the role (includes both). Let's combine.
