About the role

The Learning Strategist is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning strategies to enhance student outcomes. This role requires collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop effective educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver professional development workshops on educational technology and best practices.
• Evaluate and refine learning strategies based on student performance data and feedback from educators.
• Support the implementation of new educational technologies and tools in the classroom.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in educational settings, preferably in a leadership or instructional capacity.
• Strong understanding of educational theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge of state and federal educational standards.

Skills

• Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule
