About the role

The Transformation Network is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team at the KIDS-HARMON, HARLEY ES in Las Vegas. This position will be responsible for providing educational services to students with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism spectrum disorders.
• Collaborate with other special education teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with autism spectrum disorders.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• A valid teaching license in the state of Nevada.
• Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for teaching students with autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience using technology to support student learning.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually.

Schedule
