About the role
This position is available in the Special Education Generalist Self-Contained program at Paradise ES in Las Vegas-Palace.
Responsibilities
- Teach students with special needs in a self-contained classroom setting.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to support student learning.
- Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Requirements
- Must possess or be able to acquire a teaching license from the Nevada Department of Education.
- Must be certified in relevant subject area.
- A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
Qualifications
- An earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
