About the role

The Special Education Generalist Self-Contained position at Woolley, Gwendolyn ES is responsible for providing instruction to students with disabilities in a self-contained classroom setting. The role requires a deep understanding of special education principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid teaching license issued by the Nevada Department of Education.
• Current certification in relevant subject area.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is standard, with typical hours being Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
