About the role

Our Technical Leaders are an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team delivering Business Critical Services to customers. We combine Cisco Analytics and Knowledge with technical expertise and consulting to drive value, innovation, and adoption in customer networks, helping reduce risk, drive innovation, and enhance networks to meet business objectives. As trusted advisors, we work closely with Cisco Engineering to advocate for innovation and share upcoming technologies with customers.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the effort to transform current and future network architecture for customers.
• Work directly with customers to gain experience and exposure to their networks.
• Collaborate on projects that impact veterans and military service members.
• Work on network infrastructures to deliver business and technology solutions in data, security, mobility, and cloud.
