Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or mid-sized environments.
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
- Proven ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot network equipment (e.g., Cisco or similar vendors).
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco IOS, WLC, ACS, or similar platforms).
- CCNA (Routing & Switching) certification required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Additional certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CCNA Voice, Network+, or equivalent.
- Experience with WiFi-6, 5G networking, or modern wireless solutions.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices (firewalls, access control, segmentation).
