Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching)
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (Cisco required; Juniper or other vendors a plus)
• Required certification: CCNA (Routing & Switching)
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CCNA Voice, Network+, or equivalent
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco IOS, ACS, WLC, WCS, MARS, Stealthwatch)
• Exposure to WiFi 6 and/or 5G network technologies
• Familiarity with network security concepts, tools, and best practices

Scope Indicator

• Configure, install, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers); ensure reliability through updates and patching
• Proactively monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and resolve connectivity, latency, and downtime issues
• Implement and support network security controls, participate in audits, and follow change management processes
• Maintain accurate network documentation and work cross-functionally to support integration and issue resolution
• Support network upgrades, capacity planning, and adoption of new technologies to meet evolving business needs

Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 - $99,600
