20150 - Sr. System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership and Architecture Direction
• Evaluate, architect, and implement high-impact IT solutions using leading-edge technologies
• Ensure system reliability and performance through rigorous testing and analysis
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues
• Deliver end-user and operational support
• Develop and implement innovative technical solutions
• Lead and manage infrastructure projects

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a primary administrator supporting Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft Exchange environments
• Strong expertise in Windows infrastructure administration, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, think logically, and implement effective technical solutions
• Excellent organizational and project execution skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate work, and deliver projects on time
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and positively engage internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• MCSE: Core Infrastructure certification
• Microsoft Exchange Server certification
• Experience working within enterprise or multi-site IT environments

Salary Range

Salary range: $78,880 to $108,500/yr
