About the role

Leads administration of enterprise systems, including server management, system updates, and security compliance. Provides technical support and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization environments.
• Maintains systems configuration in compliance with STIGs.
• Installs and configures hardware and software for end-user PCs.
• Provides Tier I/II hardware/software maintenance, configuration management, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 4-year degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+).

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, system monitoring, and patching.
• Experience with system configuration in compliance with STIGs.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems.
