Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with inbound leads provided by the team
- Learn and apply the team's proven buyer and seller consultation process
- Attend showings, open houses, and appointments as directed
- Communicate consistently with clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in the team CRM
- Participate actively in team training sessions, role-plays, and coaching calls
- Work toward your first closings with support from experienced team members
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (required)
- Eager to learn and open to coaching
- Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Comfortable working within a structured team system
- No prior real estate transaction experience required
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
