Immediate openings for motivated Packaging Operators on the day shift in Hutchinson, MN. Join a team that values hard work, accuracy, and growth potential.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (12-hour shifts).

Pay

$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load products into machines for packaging.
• Check products for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure machines are properly loaded and running smoothly.
• Operate equipment to package finished products.
• Follow all quality and safety standards.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long shifts (12 hours).
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks (bending, twisting, reaching, etc.).
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English, Spanish, or bilingual.
