The rotational program is designed for candidates interested in pursuing a leadership career in operations and supply chain management. Our 14-week program will teach you about each area of our supply chain, as well as provide a functional and practical knowledge of The Webstaurantstore’s goals and initiatives.

This position is responsible for providing clear and frequent communication to all teams on the distribution center's productivity, company policies and procedures. An essential function of the leadership is to motivate employees to keep pace with our explosive growth while maintaining challenging deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.

Job Location

Qualifications

• Experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience working with a team of more than 15 employees preferred
  • Experience working in a distribution environment preferred, but not required.
• Education

• Work a full shift, which typically ranges from 8 to 10 hours.
• Follow all codes of conduct, safety parameters, productivity, and quality standards, as well as attendance policies.
• Business proficiency requires the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
