1st shift Friday to Sunday 12-hour shifts (LUMPER)

Responsibilities

• Loading: Load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers using floor-loading methods. Scan packages into trailers with handheld barcode scanners. Move rolling cages between staging and loading areas. Build safe, organized, and efficient trailer loads.
• Unloading: Unload freight from trailers onto conveyor systems. Scan and sort packages into designated rolling cages. Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Compensation

Performance-based pay (paid per trailer and per case). Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour. Top performers can earn $25–$35 per hour. The more efficiently you work, the greater your earning potential.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday
Hours: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Three 12-hour shifts
Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs.
