WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Surgical Subspecialties team. This full-time role requires both clinical expertise and proficiency in OR First Assist duties. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, primarily focusing on Urology and Neurosurgery, with occasional ENT cases. This position offers a flexible, self-scheduling model to accommodate a balanced work-life schedule. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care to patients with chronic diseases, acute illnesses, and for routine health maintenance under physician supervision.Perform OR First Assist duties in surgical procedures across various subspecialties.Participate in a 24/7 in-house surgical team coverage, working three 12-hour shifts per week across days, nights, and weekends.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. RequirementsMust be Board Certified (BC).Possess a valid Connecticut (CT) license.At least 1 year of experience as a First Assist in surgical settings.
