About the role

AdvisaCare is seeking top-tier Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to provide private duty in-home care in the Bath, MI area. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need and strive to offer customized care that honors their preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Deliver care in the comfort of the patient’s home, respecting their dignity and independence.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Nursing License (LPN or RN).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks.

Schedule

• 1st and 3rd shifts available.
• 12-hour shifts (PRN).
