Onsight Healthcare is contracted to support MUSC Health in Florence, South Carolina. The Valet Team Member provides exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff, handling vehicle parking and retrieval with urgency and efficiency while ensuring safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide valet and customer service for patients and guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist patients and visitors with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or wayfinding as needed.
• Work continuously outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sleet, snow, etc.).
• Walk, stand, push, and pull luggage or belongings in and out of vehicles while delivering outstanding service.
• Use apps/technology daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older and eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of strong in‑person customer service experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift.
• Active in‑state driver’s license (no restricted or probationary permits).
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to de‑escalate difficult situations, and a calm, professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working outdoors.

Pay

$15.50 per hour plus tips.

Schedule

• Full‑time, minimum five 8‑hour shifts per week, Monday – Friday.
• Operating hours: Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday 7:00 am – 12:00 pm.
• Weekends off; shifts may vary based on business needs.
