Pay

$15.50 per hour plus tips

Schedule

Full-time position with weekends off. Minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday (11:00am - 7:00pm). Shifts and days might vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
• Assist patients and visitors in the parking garage with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or wayfinding as needed.
• Work in an outdoor environment that may include exposure to harsh elements, such as severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
• Engage in continuous physical activity, including walking, standing, pushing, and pulling various luggage or belongings in and out of patients’ vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Use apps and technology daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service.

Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old.
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift.
• Active in-state driver’s license (no restricted permits or probationary licenses).
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
