About the role

As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are completed to high standards and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors serve as the key point of contact for the team.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and leadership
• Quality control and inspections
• Supply and inventory management
• Training and development
• Reporting and communication

Requirements

• English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Work Environment

• Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces
• May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs
