You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategize fulfillment teams for efficient recruitment processes
• Monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and goals
• Manage recruitment teams, including hiring decisions and performance evaluations
• Design innovative sourcing strategies to enhance the candidate experience
• Ensure financial accountability and cost-efficiency in recruitment operations
• Align recruitment practices with industry standards and compliance regulations
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and optimize candidate experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years in operational delivery management
• Global and offshore experience preferred
• Proven P&L management expertise, optimizing resources while ensuring service quality
• Demonstrated success in retaining internal teams long-term
• Experience managing diverse client portfolios and leading complex recruitment projects
• Strong leadership and people management skills required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and peers

Pay

$120,075 – $200,000 annually
