About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B contractor to perform LiDAR and 360° mapping in Florida. The role involves traveling to different locations within the state, requiring comfort with travel and temporary relocation. Fuel and accommodation expenses related to travel will be covered. Details regarding locations, schedule, project duration, scope of work, and cooperation terms will be discussed individually.

Responsibilities

• Perform field‑based geospatial data collection using a LiDAR system.
• Travel to various sites across Florida and temporarily relocate as needed.

Requirements

• Own a LiDAR system that meets the project requirements (mandatory).
• For drone‑based LiDAR: valid US drone pilot license, proven experience with drone‑based LiDAR data collection, strong piloting skills, and surveying/geospatial work experience.
• For vehicle‑based LiDAR: proven experience working with vehicle‑mounted LiDAR systems (vehicle may be owned or rented).
• For pedestrian‑based LiDAR: expertise to configure, calibrate, and operate the LiDAR sensor; preferably includes GNSS and IMU for accurate positioning; a 360° camera is advantageous but not required.

Skills

• Hands‑on experience with LiDAR systems.
• Strong knowledge of LiDAR system setup and calibration.
• Experience with surveying or geospatial data collection.
• Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate within Florida.
• Availability to work with field equipment throughout the project.
