1099 Subcontractors - Bathroom Remodeling

About the role

The Bath Authority is seeking experienced SUBCONTRACTORS to join our team. We are leaders in acrylic bath systems and are currently expanding our operations. This is a 1099-based position offering flexible work opportunities year-round.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in 1-2 days using skills in carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Adhere to The Bath Authority's installation standards and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards customers.
• Respect customer property and ensure the work area is clean after completion.
• Wear the provided uniform and follow grooming and hygiene guidelines.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.
• Take inventory of your installation vehicle and stock it with necessary tools, components, and paperwork.

Requirements

• Potential compensation range: $150,000 - $300,000 per year.
• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience.
• Ability to take accurate measurements using tools such as a tape measure, level, and combination square.
• Knowledge of and ability to use necessary tools for demolition or installation, including power tools and drills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 18 years of age and verifiable insurance.
• Basic plumbing knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Reasoning ability to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions.
