1099 Subcontractors - Bathroom Remodeling

About the role

The Bath Authority is a leader in acrylic bath systems, offering new opportunities for installation contractors. Positions are 1099 based and pay $150,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in 1-2 days using skills in carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Adhere to The Bath Authority's installation standards and procedures.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude towards customers.
• Respect customers' property and ensure the work area is left clean.
• Wear the company uniform on-site and follow grooming and hygiene rules.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.
• Take inventory of your installation vehicle and stock it with necessary tools, job components, and paperwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience.
• Possess and be able to use necessary tools for demolition or installation, including power tools, drills, jigsaws.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum age of 18 years old and verifiable insurance.
• Minimum of basic plumbing knowledge, including the ability to hook up new fixtures, troubleshoot leaks, etc.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Reasoning ability to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions.
