1099 Subcontractors - Bathroom Remodeling

About the role

The Bath Authority is seeking experienced SUBCONTRACTORS to join our team. We are leaders in acrylic bath systems and are currently expanding our operations. This is a 1099-based position offering potential compensation ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 per year. We provide ample work year-round and focus on quick bathroom remodels.

Responsibilities

• Install bathrooms and kitchens using trade skills such as carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Adhere to The Bath Authority's installation standards and procedures during installations and service provision.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
• Respect customer property and ensure the work area is left clean after completion.
• Wear the company uniform on-site, maintaining good grooming and hygiene.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.
• Take inventory of your installation vehicle and stock it with necessary tools, job components, and paperwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience.
• Ability to take accurate measurements using tools like a tape measure, level, and combination square.
• Knowledge and use of necessary tools for demolition or installation, including power tools, drills, jigsaws.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum age of 18 years old and verifiable insurance.
• Basic plumbing knowledge to hook up new fixtures and troubleshoot leaks.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Reasoning ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
