1099 Subcontractors - Bathroom Remodeling

About the role

The Bath Authority is seeking experienced SUBCONTRACTORS to join our team. We are leaders in acrylic bath systems and are currently expanding our operations. This is a 1099-based position offering the potential to earn $150,000 - $300,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in 1-2 days using skills in carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Adhere to The Bath Authority's installation standards and procedures.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude towards customers.
• Respect customer property and ensure the work area is clean after completion.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.
• Take inventory of your installation vehicle and stock it with necessary tools, job components, and paperwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience.
• Possess and be able to use necessary tools for demolition or installation, including power tools, drills, jigsaws.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum age of 18 years old and verifiable insurance.
• Basic plumbing knowledge required.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Reasoning ability to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions.

Qualifications

We require a valid driver’s license, general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and a truck and enclosed trailer for hauling products to and from the job site.
