1099 Roofing Contractors

About the role

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from their national property management partners.

Responsibilities

• Weed detection
• Storm damage assessments
• Flashing and ventilation inspections
• Moisture or mold risk identification
• Minor roof repairs and maintenance
• Nail pops and small puncture repairs
• Sealant application around vents and flashing
• Gutter cleaning and minor repairs
• Roof replacements and large repairs (estimate required)
• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Full or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
• Soffit and fascia board replacement
• Attic ventilation solutions

Requirements

• General Liability Insurance (COI required)
• Valid W9 and Tax ID
• Licensed roofer in your state (where applicable)
• Own a truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
• Smartphone required for portal use (job access, photos, updates)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and job site cleanliness
• Complete a short onboarding call before receiving assignments
• Must be willing to complete onboarding or training call
