About the role
Chicago is one of the most active storm markets in the entire country. From Downers Grove to Naperville to Aurora to Joliet, hail and wind events light up the map every season. Our Chicago operation has exploded in two years — and we’re just getting started. The territory is massive and the demand is real.
Responsibilities
- Sell exterior remodeling services (roofing, siding, gutters) to homeowners with legitimate storm damage
- Navigate the insurance claims process for homeowners
- Train from scratch if needed, with support from a national platform
- Control your own schedule and income
- Learn about the industry and products through training
Requirements
- Coachability and hustle
- A reliable vehicle
- Ability to talk to people and not quit when it gets hard
Qualifications
- No prior experience in roofing required
- Some team members came from other industries like restaurants, gyms, and the military
