BET YOU WON’T MAKE $100K THIS YEAR Prove me wrong. I’m hiring commission sales reps to sell exterior remodeling — roofing, siding, gutters — to homeowners with legitimate storm damage. Insurance pays for the work. You help homeowners navigate the process. Everybody wins.

About the Role

The St. Louis metro — from O’Fallon to Arnold to South County to St. Charles — is one of the most consistent storm damage markets in the Midwest. We’ve been here, we know the territory, and we have the infrastructure to keep you busy from day one.

Responsibilities

• Sell exterior remodeling services (roofing, siding, gutters) to homeowners with legitimate storm damage
• Navigate the insurance claims process for homeowners
• Train from scratch if needed, with support from a national platform
• Control your own schedule and income
• Learn about the construction industry and terminology like soffit

Requirements

• Coachability and hustle
• A reliable vehicle

Qualifications

• No prior experience selling roofing required
• Some team members came from other industries like restaurants, gyms, and the military
