1099 Roofing Contractors

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for experienced and insured 1099 roofing contractors to assist with residential service work orders from our established property management partners nationwide. This is a direct contractor opportunity, not a lead-generation service. Contractors are paid directly by Superior for completed and verified work, with materials supplied when necessary.

Roofing Services & Skills We're Seeking

• Roof Inspections & Diagnostics
  • Identifying and locating roof leaks
  • Evaluating storm-related damage
  • Inspecting flashing and ventilation systems
  • Identifying potential moisture or mold concerns
• Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance
  • Replacing damaged shingles or tiles
  • Repairing nail pops and minor punctures
  • Applying sealant around vents and flashing
  • Cleaning gutters and handling minor gutter repairs
• Roof Replacements & Larger Repairs (Estimate Required)
  • Roof tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Complete or partial roof replacements, including asphalt, TPO, tile, and other systems
  • Replacing soffit and fascia
  • Addressing attic ventilation needs
• Job Documentation
  • Taking clear before, during, and after photos
  • Providing detailed job notes through the service portal
  • Communicating material requirements before work is performed

Contractor Requirements

• Active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
• Valid W9 and Tax ID
• State roofing license where applicable
• Own truck, trailer, ladder, and necessary roofing equipment
• Smartphone for portal access, photos, and job updates
• Professional communication and clean, organized job sites
• Completion of a brief onboarding call before receiving work assignments

Disqualifiers

• No current insurance coverage (General Liability and Workers' Comp required)
• Missing required state licensing
• Poor communication or insufficient work history
• No ladder or inability to safely access residential roofs
• Failure or unwillingness to complete the required onboarding/training call
